room and board with options designed to assist individuals establish a strong foundation for independence, stable housing and supports
Counseling, Life-Skills Coaching & Case Management
Transitional- Independent Housing placement and retention:
- Routine check-in's and goal planning.
- Referral-Based Support Services (mental health, substance abuse treatment, and community resources).
- Life Skills Development (budgeting, financial literacy, and independent living skills).
